A 43-year-old man of Sundarharaicha Municipality-3 died while receiving treatment at the Birat Teaching Hospital, according to the Hospital’s Isolation Department Chief Sunil Dev. The man had been admitted to the hospital last Saturday after respiratory problems. He had tested positive for the virus on the same day. Likewise, a 71-year-old man from the Budhiganga Rural Municipality-5 in Morang also died today at the Covid-19 Treatment Centre in Biratnagar. Centre’s Manager Gyan Bahadur Basnet said that the man, also an asthma patient, was receiving treatment under a ventilator.
