He was taken to India a while ago via an air ambulance of the Shree Airlines, the President’s Secretariat said. Earlier on Tuesday evening, President Paudel had been admitted to the TU Teaching Hospital, Maharajganj after suffering some health complications. President Paudel will be undergoing treatment at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi. Before being admitted to the TUTH on Tuesday, President Paudel had returned home after treatment of stomach-related ailments at the same hospital on April 1.
