According to the Federal Parliament Secretariat, the meeting of the Upper House was deferred citing special reason. Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ was likely to deliver speech on contemporary issues in today’s meeting. Similarly, the agenda for today’s meeting included Finance Minister Dr Prakash Sharan Mahat presenting the proposal for holding general deliberation on the estimates of the revenue and income for the fiscal year 2023/24, the Secretariat said.
