State of impunity adversely affects country’s development, so good governance is imperative, he underscored during a leadership development and orientation programme here Monday. The programme was organized by Morang chapter of Nepal Student Union. Leader Dr Koirala urged the students to be aware of ongoing affairs in the country because they had significant role to determine nation’s future. He viewed political stability is prerequisite to accelerate development activities. At the programme, the NSU leaders viewed once the sister organization of the party was enabled, it could bolster entire party.
