“Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli presented the proposal requesting Dr KC to end his hunger strike. The government is ready to address his demands. We can settle all other issues he has raised after the coronavirus pandemic subsides,” said Shrestha.

According to NCP spokesperson Shrestha, the secretariat meeting also discussed the agenda that was already fixed, including the remaining works of party unification.

“The secretariat meeting also discussed the constitutional and political appointments, as well as about discussing other things on the agenda,” he said.
