Accordingly, President Bhandari has appointed Dornath Aryal as the Resident Ambassador to Oman, Nawaraj Subedi the Resident Ambassador to Saudi Arabia and Basudev Mishra as the Resident Ambassador to Sri Lanka. The Office of the President stated this in a communiqué today.
