The garlanding programme was organised following a morning procession organised by the Academy in collaboration with the Bhanu Academy. Others present on the occasion were Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Jeevan Ram Shrestha and the Academy Chancellor Ganga Prasad Upreti among others.
